CONSTITUTION:Unpolished rice grains are dipped into sterilized water that is kept at 15-20 deg.C quietly so that their bran is not damaged. After abot 50hr, they are pulled up from the water, drained, while starch or agar is added to sterilized hot water to prepare a jelly-like solution. Then, the above dipped rice grains are placed in the jelly-like solution to form a jelly-like coating around the whole grain surface and the coated grains are placed in a dark or under exposure to the sun under sufficient water supply at 20-25 deg.C to cause germination. The sprouts are grown up to abot 10cm length and collected as the products.
