ALARM DISPLAY METHOD OF NUMERICAL CONTROL TYPE MACHINE TOOL

PURPOSE:To enhance programming efficiency by classifying alarms broadly into program errors owing to failure in NC and malfunctions of machine, displaying them with identifying colors, thereby informing occurrence of any failure in detail, and thus providing possibility of taking countermeasures quickly. CONSTITUTION:Main control part 2 is connected with a program register memory 8 and a machine sensing part 9 through an input device 3 display device 4, program buffer memory 5, abnormality sensing part 6 and program error control part 7. The memory 5 is connected with a spindle drive motor 13 and a feed shaft drive motor 14 through a spindle control part 11 and a feed shaft control part 12. When any abnormality occurs, the main control part 2 receives the NC abnormality signal NCALM from the abnormality sensing part 6 and calls out of an alarm color control part 9 a color CLA1, which corresponds from address ADRS001 to the NCALM, and then displays this NCALM at the output device 4 with CLR1.
