PURPOSE:To obtain laminated composite material reinforced by particle-distribution having superior property of contact interface by the following method in which the back metal composed of matrix alloy and the material reinforced by particle are laminated and formed under pressure at the temperature at which matrix material is partially fused. CONSTITUTION:The liner made of the material which is reinforced by particle such as alumina etc. and is formed into a required shape, and the back metal made of matrix alloy material are laminated. The laminated material is pressure-welded at the temperature range where the matrix material is partially fused by a press etc. In another process, the matrix metal powder mixed with the reinforcing-particle is placed on the back metal and is pressure-welded by heating. By such method, the reinforcing-particle is firmly buried on the surface-layer of the matrix metal, and the interface is not generated between the layer reinforced by particle distribution and the back metal. The composite material in which the matrix material and the reinforcing particle have become one body may be obtained.
