PURPOSE:To improve a sealing characteristic in a device which supplies a massive material to a transportation system by air of high pressure, by sealing a difference between back pressures in a high pressure discharge part and low pressure supply part through closed end faces continued between a rotor and casing and upper and bottom cover plates. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 is rotated to turn a rotor 5 and its pocket 6 is positioned to a supply port 7 to supply a transported object of massive material and granule or the like in a hopper to the pocket 6 from the port 7. Then the rotor 5 is rotated to align the pocket 6 to a discharge port 8 180 deg. phase different from the port 7 and discharge the transported object into a high pressure transportation system. Here a difference between back pressures in a high pressure discharge part and low pressure supply part is sealed by closed end faces (sealed surface) 9 continued between the rotor 5 and casing 4 and an upper cover plate 2 equipped with the port 7 and bottom cover plate 3 equipped with the port 8, and a sealing characteristic is improved.
