PURPOSE:To manufacture a bladelike elastic plate rationally and at a low cost without carrying it, etc., by cutting the external from of an elastic hoop material by leaving its connecting part and thereafter, executing bending by setting the connecting part to the vertex of a wave, and cutting the connecting part. CONSTITUTION:On an elastic hoop material 1, transferring holes 2 and fitting holes 3, 3 are pierced, and by a press, etc., the external form is punched so that blade parts 5, 5 become the shape of a final formed article by leaving connecting parts 4, 4. Subsequently, when both blade parts 5, 5 are bent to a circular arc, the whole body is formed to a wave shape of a half cycle of the wave. In this case, the connecting parts 4, 4 are made to coincide with the vertex of the wave. This bending is executed by a bending die. After execution of the bending, the connecting parts 4, 4 are cut, by which a bladelike elastic plate S is completed.
