PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the utilization rate of solar heat of the device by a structure wherein a transparent synthetic resin hose, the inner surface of which is coated with water resisting black paint or the like, is arranged in scroll or in zigzags in order to heat the water in the hose with solar heat. CONSTITUTION:The transparent synthetic resin hose, the inner surface of which is coated with water resisting black paint (a), or the hose with double layer structure, the outer layer of which is transparent and the inner layer of which is black, is arranged in scroll or in zigzags. The water in a water tank is circulated within the hose (b). Owing to the structure as described above, the enhancement of the degree of absorption and utilization of heat can be resulted. Furthermore, because the hose (b) is elastic, the generation of the damage of the hose by freezing is eliminated.
