PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat collecting device enhancing heat collecting efficiency of sunlight and enlarging a contact area with a pipe body to improve heat conversion efficiency. PSOLUTION: Basically, the heat collecting device includes lenses (light collecting means) 2 for collecting the sunlight R and a heat collecting plate (heat collecting means) 1 for collecting heat included in the sunlight R collected by the lenses 2, is configured to heat the medium within the medium pipe by the heat collecting plate 1. Therefore, as shown in the Fig.1(A-a), the heat collecting plate 1 and the lenses 2 are arranged opposing to each other at an interval so that the sunlight R is collected by the lenses 2 and focused on the heat collecting plate 1 as shown in the Fig.1(A-b).
