MUD WATER-SOLIDIFICATION WORK REUSING GOOD-QUALITY EXCAVATED SOIL

PURPOSE:To construct a good-quality and economical continuous underground wall by reusing excavated soil from the drilling of a trench by a method in which a curable sludgy material produced by a specific method is replaced with mud water in the trench. CONSTITUTION:In constructing a continuous underground wall by a mud water- solification method, a trench 1 is excavated while fitting it with a mud water 2 as a stabilizer liquid, and then design amounts of mud water, good-quality excavated soil, and a hardening agent such as cement, etc., are each charged into a mud water tank 5, a soil tank 6, and a hardening agent tank 7. Then, the mud water 2 is mixed with the hardening agent and good-quality excavated soil in a stirred mixing tank 4 to produce a curable sludgy material 9. Afterwards, the sludgy material 9 is slowly charged through a tremie tube 11 and the bottom of the trench 1 by a sludgy supply pump 10 and replaced with the mud water 2. By this, an uniformly solidified wall having a high water-shielding property is obtained and at the same time a continuous underground wall having a long wall length per one-round of sheathing direction and also lesser amount of excessive solidified wall can be obtained.
