PURPOSE:To secure the safety of unloading work as well as to obtain the automatic operation of a scoop net by holding the grip of the scoop net between two rollers provided on an unloading device for operating the grip freely by virtue of the rotation of rollers. CONSTITUTION:A load frame 33 is shifted along a shifting rail 38 to a desired position, and locked. A grip 73 of a scoop net 73' hung by a derrick 82 is inserted between a main roller 8 and an auxiliary roller 19, and the auxiliary roller 19 is closed by a switch valve 27 for holding the scoop net grip 73 between both rollers 18 and 19. At this stage, when a switch valve 23 is operated to rotate the main roller 8 normally or reversely, the scoop net grip 73 is moved as arrows l or l' shows, and the scoop net is operated to be moved to a position of a proper angle in a fish reservoir by the cooperating work of a derrick unillustrated for scooping fishes in the reservoir.
