PURPOSE:To assemble the device simply and inexpensively and improve the sealing capacity of the device by a method wherein each parts and a cover are attached to a case for the titled device coaxially therewith and the cover is welded to the case. CONSTITUTION:Upon assembling the automatic air supplementing device 3, a valve case 17, a ball valve 16 and a valve cover 18 are assembled at first, thereafter, they are inserted into the case 10 together with a packing 20. Subsequently, the case 10 is put so as to locate the chamber A at the upper side thereof, a bevel valve 15 is inserted into an adaptor hole 10 therefor, a diaphragm 12 is fitted to the case 10 and a spring seat 3 is fitted to the center of the rear face of the diaphragm 12. Then, a compression spring 14 is forcedly fitted into the case 10 and the cover 11, thereafter, the outer periphery of the case 10 and the inner periphery of the cover 11 are welded by means of supersonic or the like to complete the assembling. According to this method, the axial directions of each parts and the assembling directions thereof are equalized, therefore, the highly reliable assembling may be effected easily.
