METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR AUTOMATICALLY SUPPLYING CUPS IN AUTOMATIC WINDER

PURPOSE:To rapidly and accurately supply cups through an equipment of low cost, by providing a wire or belt in a tight state just over a row of cup magazines so that the wire or belt can be moved back and forth and by securing a catch magazine on a part of the wire or belt. CONSTITUTION:An automatic cup supply equipment 1 comprises a reciprocator 6 fitteed with a wind/rewind front spool 4 and a wind/rewind supplying-side spool 5, a cup feeder 7, releasing bars 8 and a controller. The reciprocator 6 includes a wire or belt 3 on which a catch magazine 2 is secured and which is coupled to a row of cup magazines M located at a side part of an automatic winder W of secured cup magazine type, so that the wire or belt can be moved back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the reciprocator. The releasing bars 8 act so that a tube-filled cup C in the catch magazine 2 is unfastened.
