A METHOD OF RECOVERING LNG GASIFYING POWER

PURPOSE:In LNG gasification, equal-volume gasification is operated by using discharged heat as gasifying heat source, and by making pressure-increased gasified natural gas expand at equal temperature, gasifying power is recovered by the efficient use of remaining heat. CONSTITUTION:LNG which has flowed out of tank 1 is given pressure by pump 2 and is fed to gasifying chamber 4 intermittently via ejection timing valve 3. LNG is ejected into the chamber through many ejection nozzles 5. Discharged heat supply pipe 6 is provided in gasifying chamber 4 in a zigzag form, to which heated exhaust gas is fed. When ejected LNG is gasified by dishcarged heat Q, pressure rises instantaneously under a constant volume 7, and then piston 9 of engine 7 is pushed downward by this pressure and thereby enging 7 is driven. Thus, gasifying power is recovered.
