MANUFACTURE OF INK-HOLDING POROUS SUBSTANCE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled porous substance which is suitable for use as an ink roll, an ink pad and the like, by curing a liquid elastomer, in which ink is dispersed, at a room temperature. CONSTITUTION:About 5-100pts.wt. modifier (example: thermoplastic elastomer) is added to 100pts.wt. room temperature curing liquid elastomer (example: room temperature curing type liquid chloroprene rubber, 2-pack type liquid urethane elastomer). After about 75-95pts.wt. ink is sprayed for dispersion on about 25- 50pts.wt. component so obtained, the work is formed in a desired shape for curing to produce an ink-holding porous substance.
