PAINT AND METHOD FOR INHIBITING MOTTLING AND CHALKING OF THE SURFACE COATED WITH COLORED FACING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide the titled paint, by blending a liquid silicone resin or liquid paraffin with a highly clear mineral oil. CONSTITUTION:At least 0.5% liquid silicone resin or liquid paraffin is mixed with a highly clear mineral oil such as kerosine having a b.p. of 60 deg.C or higher or gas oil to obtain a paint for inhibiting mottling and chalking. Wall or floor coated with cement etc. is coated with colored facing material such as cement mortar contg. color pigment. While the facing material is still wet, the wall or floor is coated with the above paint in a coating rate of 15cm3/3.3m2, and then patterned with a trowel or a roller engraved with a design. Then the above paint is again applied thereto to form wall or floor which does ot exhibit mottling nor chalking on its surface coated with the facing material.
