Method of cine painting - uses red green and fluorescent mixture of colours with red green and ultra violet lights

The cine painting process is to give a suggestion of movement on a screen. The movements are split into three groups of colours, green red and a mixture of fluorescent ones. The screen is exposed to a rapid system of selective illumination. Only one of the three groups of colours are exposed at a time. There can be quick changes, and use is made of the retention time of the retina of the eye. Sounds can be employed in conjunction with the lighting. The illumination uses green and red light and also ultra violet light.
