A device for collecting and distributing atmospheric air in a land vehicle while in motion, the said device comprising a plurality of air receivers located externally at the leading end of the said vehicle facing the direction of motion of the said vehicle; an air collector pipe means supported at the said end of the said vehicle and being connected to the said air receivers; a plurality of air carrier pipes supported in the said vehicle, one end of the each of the said air carrier pipes being connected to the said air collector pipes means and the other end of each of the said air carrier pipes being sealed; valve means being provided towards the said one end of each of the said air carrier pipes for regulating air flow there through; and a plurality of air distributor pipes supported in the said vehicle and being connected to the said air carrier pipes, each of the said air distributer pipes being provided with at least one air diffuser.
