Multi-surface tooth brush - has cleaning surfaces bearing simultaneously against occlusal surfaces and gingival sulcus

The toothbrush has different cleaning surfaces which can simultaneously be brought into contact with the occlusal surfaces, the palatinal, lingual and buccal sulci gingivales, and the teeth faces directly adjacent to them. The surfaces can be formed by the free ends of hairs whose other ends are embedded on the inside of the top and side surfaces of the handle. The latter can form an extension of the top surface, and the free ends of the cleaning portions can be rounded. The portions can be so positioned that when the middle one is placed on the occlusal surface the side ones bear against the sulci gingivales and the teeth surfaces adjacent to them.
