Process for the preparation of Antibodies with specificity against antigens found in the Nuclei and nucleoli of human cancer cells. Extracting the core antigens or nucleolus of human cancer cells with Tris HCl 0,01M pH 7 - 9.These antigens were Purified by AMMONIUM SULFATE precipitation, Chromatography on DEAE column Chromatography on Calcium phosphate gel and cation Exchange, gel exclusion sphadex and preparative isoelectric focusing. Animals immunized with antigens from human guests not previously collected and Antibodies from immunized animals.
