Method for determining the presence of an Antigen in a Liquid environment is suspected to contain it.It includes the following Operations: First, a Binder is incubated with a specific Antibody to test insolubilizado ligand conjugated Antibody to produce an initial insolubilizado; Second, separating the initial conjugate and Binder which has not reacted; Third, incubates the Conjugate Initial Enzyme labelled Antibody.To produce a final insolubilizado ligand conjugated Antibody - Enzyme labelled Antibody; Fourth, it separates the final conjugate and Antibody Labelled with Enzyme which has not reacted; and lastly, It determines whether the Enzymatic activity of the conjugate or conjugate end marked with Enzyme without reacting.
