The appts. includes a flexible supply hose(23) that is longer than the tube to be coated. The hose is reciprocated in the tube with a spray nozzle attached to a tip to spray the coating, using the action of compressed air from one end of the long tube to the other end, while spraying the coating in atomization. A flexible supply hose of double structure or triple structure is composed of a short heating pipe portion adjacent to the spray nozzle and a long flexible hose portion. The coating and compressed air are supplied through separate passages in the supply hose and are heated to a predetermined temp. by a sheathed electrical heater (33).
