A light-sensitive screen (3) is formed by single (3) or plural (7,8) layers of amorphous photoconductive material. The photoconductive material contains hydrogen at 5-30 atomic percent and has an optical forbidden band of 1.65-2.25 eV. The component of 2100 cm is larger than that of 2000cm at the peak of the infrared absorption spectrum. Transparent conductive layer (2) is palced on the surface of the incidence of light. The forbidden layer is interposed between the light-sensitive screen and the transparent, conductive layer.
