Where toxic concentrations of certain ions are worked up by the soil, only abiotically existing bacteria are present. The invention relates to agents for stimulating their cell metabolism. It is also necessary to provide energy-rich compounds. In a number of experiments, the simplest compounds which can be degraded rapidly in the soil were determined. A technical synthesis product must contain carbon-containing compounds together with N and P in the complex. Statistic evaluation of germination experiments, container trials and field trials showed that the proportions of the substance groups can be varied without the effect being reduced.
