A process for manufacturing double-shell prefabricated concrete parts as prefabricated elements with window and door openings is described, in which, with the aid of mutually adapted forms for the shells, an opening is in each case cast around in these, there being cast on one shell by means of a divided hollow form a concrete inner face which, during the last production stage, is immersed by a given amount into the still soft second shell, and the second shell setting in this positional relationship to the first shell. There is thus created an opening inner face consisting of concrete which bridges the two shells in a circumferential and closed manner in the region of the door or window openings. The forms necessary for manufacturing these prefabricated elements can be reused so that manufacture of such elements becomes economical. Moreover, with the prefabricated concrete part according to the invention, the concrete casting pressure, which thus far rested on the window frame during filling of the shell cavity, is absorbed by the solid concrete inner face so that it is possible to manufacture a qualitatively superior window and door recess, into which a window can now be cast even as early as during manufacture of a shell.
