The invention relates to an angle-of-inclination measuring instrument for continuous and precise electronic determination of angles of inclination. For this purpose, a continuous resistance corresponding to the inclination of the angle is picked up by a rotatably supported pendulum. This measurement resistance thus picked up can be connected in parallel with a resistor for adjusting the zero degree indication; this parallel circuit, in turn, can be connected in series with two other adjustment resistors for adjusting 90 DEG indications.
