The three fluid exchanger heat pump uses exterior or extracted air and has at the interior of the box (1), at each end of the recuperation compartments (3) and the restitution compartment (8), a selective communication (10) with the outside or between the compartments. The communication can be opened and closed so as to make at the interior of box (1) a closed volume (11) that allows, with turbine (5), the establishment of a circulation loop of air. The loop connects the exchanger condenser (9) and the exchanger evaporator (4) to provide the required deicing.
