A potted meat prod. contg. seafood and a method of making the prod. Molten goose fat mixed with minced onions is cooked for 30 minutes and then mixed with fish fillets, wine, spices and flavouring. This mixture is cooked for 90 minutes to form the prod. base. The base is mixed with goose fat and cooked for a further 15 minutes. To this mixt. is added seafood such as crab flesh, chopped crayfish, tunny etc., more goose fat and alcohol. The mixt. is given a final cooking for a further 15 minutes.
