The articulated trailer for transporting concrete comprises an inclined drum (4) rotated about its longitudinal axis (5) by a motor (8). The trailer incorporates a support which can adjust the height of the towing plate (15) attached to the front (10) of the chassis. The support is installed in the space (13) below the raised chassis (14) at the front of the trailer. It comprises a vertically adjustable sleeve carrying the towing plate (15) which can be moved w.r.t. a fixed frame attached to the front end of the chassis.
