The pleasure boat has a main hull connected by a frame to two lateral floats. The floats are pivoted to the frame to allow rotation with water movement to and from a neutral position by displacement of their centres of gravity. The floats are carried on two movable arms which can move up and down to reduce the shock effects of waves and to aid passage through water. The arms can have shock absorbers to reduce the wave shocks and which can also form a road suspension when wheels are attached to allow towing.
