PURPOSE:To eliminate any variations in the output voltage due to external vibrations, by incorporating a shaft position detection detecting mechanism into the inside of a motor housing. CONSTITUTION:With suction pressure, there produces force in a diaphragm 2, and this force is transmitted to a shaft 16 which gets operating and then stops in a state of being rebalanced. On the other hand, a shaft position detecting mechanism is locked to a brush 13, and a resistor 16a touching this brush 13 slides in motion. That is to say, with the shaft 16 operated, the resistor 16a touching the brush 13 slides in motion whereby the changed position is converted into an electric signal as a partial pressure ratio and taken outside from a lead wire 15.
