COLD-STORAGE CARRYING VESSEL USED ALSO AS CAR CARRYING VESSEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable not only the central hatch but also front and rear hatches to house cars by providing a watertight opening/closing door on a partition wall of each hatch of the captioned vessel so that the hatches connect freely with each other. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of upper and lower stages of decks are formed into the plural number of front and rear hatches 4, 6 by means of separation walls 11 and partition walls 12. The captioned vessel is formed by providing a cold storage and cooling device 7 in a part divided by means of a partition wall 12, and providing a car ramp 8 between the upper and lower decks of the central storage 5. Watertight opening/closing doors 13, 17, 18 are provided in separation walls 11 and partition walls 12 to establish free connection of hatches with each other. After rolling in the central hatch 5, cars can freely enter the front and rear hatches 4, 6 via the car ramp 8 connecting with each deck, opening/closing doors 13, 17, 18 and can be housed.
