PURPOSE:To make possible the simple slag-removing-tool to remove the slag, by contacting the liquid agent with the surface of the welding slag, in which the liquid agent consists mainly of water-soluble organic solvent and water, and has a decomposition temperature, higher than the surface temperature of the slag and lower than the internal temperature of the slag.
