TEMPERATURE INCREASING APPARATUS FOR HYDRAULIC WORKING OIL IN CAR

PURPOSE:To permit the temperature of hydraulic working oil to be raised to a prescribed temperature automatically and without operation by allowing the working oil to flow in the utilization of a hydraulic pump and a relief valve during the time in which an engine is warming-operated in a cold region where the temperature is low, without using a commercial power source. CONSTITUTION:Engine warming is performed at 1,000rpm for about 20min immediately after the start of an engine 5 for operating a rotary snow plow at low temperature. A pump 7 is connected with the engine 5 in warming operation by a V-belt 6, and working oil 10 is sucked in from a suction pipe 8 and discharged into a discharge pipe 11. When the oil discharged from the pump 7 is relieved at a set pressure, almost all the energy due to the discharge flow-rate and the pressure are converted to heat, and the discharged oil which reserves heat returns into a working-oil tank 9 through a return pipe 16, and the working oil can be heated without fail.
