FIXED SCALE AUTOMATIC LINEAR CUTTING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To draw out a wire rod wound to a drum and form the wire rod to a linear state, thereafter automatically cut the wire rod while being transferred into a desired length with a fixed distance by a rotary cutting wheel. CONSTITUTION:A curved wire rod 4 drawn out from a drum 5 is firstly heated by a heater 6, formed to a linear state by a linearly forming machine 7 and held respectively by the second and the third holding means 19, 19 in a cutting part 3. A swing cylinder 17 in the cutting part 3 is operated, and a cutting wheel 16 lowers to cut the wire rod 4. Hereafter, a means 18 moves the wire rod 4 till one end of a base plate 15 is adapted to a stopper 24, and the wire rod 4 is moved by a length l1 and cut into a fixed length.
