An auxiliary key group 4 indicates half tones, numerals, signs, etc. and is used to generate sonants, rho-sounds, contracted sounds, numerical sounds, etc. together with the main key group 3. Since a voice corresponding to a braille constitution using the keys 3, 4 is outputted immediately and precisely, the titled device can be used for a voice typewriter by incorporating it into a braille typewriter in addition to independent use as a studying device having the braille constitution, so that a blind person can check a braille constitution previously as voices and typing errors can be prevented.
