PURPOSE:To obtain by high repetition stable laser oscillation output having long time duration to be charged rapidly to the desired voltage value at multistage PFN by charging in resonance diodes connected in series with each other and removing ripples of charging voltage waveform. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors 6 at each section of PFN are charged directly through diodes 8 having sufficiently large reverse withstand voltage higher than the charging voltage value, thereby rapidly charging them to the desired voltage value of charging waveform having no ripple. A DC power source 1, an electrolytic condenser 2, a charging choke coil 3, and a switching element 4 for discharging the charge stored in the electrolytic condenser, and a choke coil 7 for forming the PFN are contained together with the condenser 6.
