PURPOSE:To hang roving bobbins loaded into a roving bobbin cart at a minimal interval from a roving bobbin transferring magazine, by hanging the roving bobbins from a roving bobbin cart loaded with roving bobbins in the vertical state through a delivery apparatus on bobbin hangers in the roving bobbin transferring magazine. CONSTITUTION:Roving bobbins 15 corresponding to the number of rows of a roving bobbin transferring magazine 12 are simultaneously taken out of a cart 16 loaded with the roving bobbins 15 in the vertical state by hodling apparatuses 74 and 75. The interval of the roving bobbin rows is automatically changed to the interval of the roving bobbin rows in the roving bobbin transferring magazine 12 by a horizontal transferring apparatus 17, and the roving bobbins 15 are then inserted in pegs of a rising and lowering member 36, raised and hung from bobbin hangers 13 of the roving bobbin transferring magazine 12.
