The display plate may be mounted inside or outside a building and may be constructed in a variety of shapes and sizes. The plate is pref. thin and includes internal electric lighting driven by a low voltage battery or mains supply. - The appts. is esp. of use for displaying photographic transparencies, interesting effects being obtained using coloured lamps and/or coloured translucent plates.
