The oscillating table is pivoted on a horizontal axis and is connected to a compressed air control which can move it from an inclined to a horizontal position. A pneumatic cushion (13) is placed between a fixed support (15) and the table and is connected to the air supply. - The table is biassed towards the horizontal position by a spring, whose force must be overcome by the pneumatic pressure to raise the table. The air supply to the table is governed by a stop tap and a two- or three-way valve.(1/4)
