REFRIGERATED ISLAND TYPE AND PANELS HAVING CLOSURE MOUNTED HINGES

Here we describe a refrigerated showcase of island type for exposing food to the public. The showcase comprises a base (1) and a rectangular tank (2) provided with an evaporator for receiving the products, and the closure panels (11). The refrigerated display case further comprises a cross member (4) arranged longitudinally in the vessel, in the middle position and to a level close to the upper edge; this cross member forms a support for the evaporator and a closing of the side panels (11). The refrigerated display case allows to use a single evaporator, located in central position, ensures uniform cooling inside the tank.
