The windmill has an adjustable blade rotor with its tails made from flexible material. The rotor is attached to a support. The tails can move within given limits defined by the support. The flexible parts of the rotor are forced to adopt a curved shape when the blades are at less than a given angle. The tail consists of two parallel flexible surfaces, one surface reaching the limit sooner than the other and therefore adopting a larger curvature than the other. The limit to the adjustment space of the blades is accomplished by a connection line whose first end is connected to a fixed point in the rotating part of the windmill and whose second end is connected to another fixed point. A mechanism can be incorporated into the line to provide storm protection and angular speed control.
