Molding process of insulating ceramic plates.

The process consits of (1) prepairing a mould box with open upper face and lower face formed by a filter surface; (2) placing the mould on lateral supports of spindle type, which each rest on vibration-damping columns; (3) filling the mould with ceramic paste and subjecting it to absorption of liquid through the bottom surface by connection to a vacuum pump; (4) after the liquid has been extruded, the moulded parts are placed downwards without disconnecting the vacuum; and (5) after disconnecting the vacuum, the moulded parts are extracted by subjecting the mould to vibration.
