The closure system consists of a moveable plate inserted in a cavity in a moveable carriage able to be moved in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the spout, and contained in a main carcase provided with anti-friction guides through which the assembly can slide as a result of displacement of moveable plate with respect to fixed plate, away from the coaxial confrontation point between drill-holes in the plates. This displacement can take place in one direction or the other, and serves to establish maximum flow, partial choking of the flow, or complete choking corresp. to closure.
