Muscle exerciser for controlling body posture - consists of spring loaded telescopic arm mounted on wall and swivelling against spring force

The device is intended for improving the body posture by exercising the muscles which control the posture. An I-section rail is fixed to a wall and forms a vertical guide for a slider (2) which can be locked in the required position. A telescopic bar (3) is hinged to the slider and abuts against a compression spring (6). The user stands at a short distance from the wall and places the back of his head against a pad (4) fixed to the lower end of the telescopic bar. He then presses the pad towards the wall repeating the exercise several times.
