AbstractProcess for the production of a reverse readingpositive line and/or halftone image suited for use inthe production of a lithographic offset printing plate,said process comprising steps of :(1) photo-exposure of a photographic negative workingsilver halide emulsion material,(2) bringing the emulsion layer side of the photographicmaterial in contact with an image-receiving materialto form a visible silver image thereon,(3) separating the photographic material from the image-receiving material, said photographic material com-prising a negative working silver halide emulsionlayer on a transparent film support and an antihala-tion layer either between the emulsion layer and thefilm support or at he side of said support oppositeto that carrying the emulsion layer and the exposureof the silver halide emulsion layer occurring throughthe support and the antihalation layer with a camerahaving no reversing mirror or prism.
