Abstract of the DisclosureRadiographic elements are disclosed comprised offirst and second imaging portions separated by aninterposed support capable of transmitting radiation towhich the second imaging portion is responsive. Atleast the first imaging portion includes a silverhalide emulsion in which thin tabular silver halidegrains of intermediate aspect ratios are present.Spectral sensitizing dye is adsorbed to the surface ofthe tabular grains. Crossover can be improved inrelation to the imaging characteristics.
