Abstract of the DisclosureRadiographic elements are disclosedcomprised of first and second imaging portionsseparated by an interposed support capable oftransmitting radiation to which the second imagingportion is responsive. At least the first imagingportion includes a silver halide emulsion in which highaspect ratio tabular silver halide grains are present.Spectral sensitizing dye is adsorbed to the surface ofthe tabular grains. Crossover can be improved inrelation to the imaging characteristics.
