Use of polyethylene terephthalate moulding masses containing an organic imide in the preparation of crystalline mouldings by injection moulding at low mould temperatures

1. Use of thermoplastic polyethylene terephthalate moulding compositions containing I. 80 to 97 % weight of a polyethylene terephthalate having an intrinsic viscosity of at least 0.3 dl/g [measured as a 0.5 % by weight solution in phenol/tetrachloroethane (weight ration 1:1) at 25 degrees C], II. 3 to 20 % by weight of an organic compound having a melting point above 240 degrees C and at least one imide group per molecule and III. 0 to 300 % by weight of reinforcing fillers, the percentages being based in each case on the sum of I + II, for the production of crystalline polyethylene terephthalate mouldings by injection moulding at moulding temperatures of 80 to 120 degrees C.
