A partial occlusive device of a vessel of the type comprising a clip (1) provided with teeth (d) adapted to be externally overlap the vessel. According to the invention, the teeth (d) of the clip (1) are retractable, in particular formed by one or more flexible membranes (10, 11) which can be put under pressure to arrange the teeth (d) in relief in the active position or rather depressed to retract the teeth (d) and arrange them in the passive position; the clip is associated with remote control means (2, 3) which allow to arrange the teeth (d) in the active position, is in the passive position.
