In the case of enzymatic saccharification, to obtain a sugar solution with a constant sugar content, a part of the sugar solution which has been freed from solids and brought to a higher concentration after the saccharification is added to the starchy raw materials before the enzymatic saccharification, so that a sugar content, in particular within the range from 15 to 22% by weight .-%, preferably about 20 wt .-% constant and can be maintained regardless of the concentration and quality of the raw materials.
