An improved boiling-cooling apparatus comprises a heat source (1) soaked in a cooling medium(2), a container(3) having a turbulence- promoting surface wall, a primary fluid path(6) for the upper bubble flow(4) that evolves from the heat of (1), a secondary fluid path(8) for introducing (2) as it flows downward along the internal wall surface of (3) under the driving force of (4), and a guide inhibiting wave formation in the upper flow of (2) and (4). (8) has a larger cross-sectional area in the upper section than in the lower section and baffle plate(7).
